For some reason the light on my Cloud device keeps changing from solid blue light to orange. The bottom light in the back was not even on. I just unplugged the device for 10 seconds and now the bottom light in the back of the ethernet connector is solid green and the top light is blinking green. The light just turned to solid blue . Why does this keep happening?? Is the WD 4TB my cloud device acting up?
How is your My Cloud connected to your router and what type of router do you have? What type of cable is used in the connection?
