Hi, all the day, the light is yello, i’ve tried to disconnect and turn it off and nothing happend, any one else have this problem?

A yellow light means that the Cloud is not receiving an internet connection.
Check the ethernet cables and ports on the router, and change them if necessary.
i did that already
in the end i had to reset my device and i dont know why it’s become like that.
this is the last time that i’m buying WD Cloud stuff, WD is greate for hadr drives but not cloud driver
Did you change internet/broadband providers recently? Or change broadband routers recently? There is a known issue with AT&T Uverse broadband router that will cause the My Cloud to be unable to obtain a network connection. the solution/workaround is to connect a network switch to the AT&T provided router then connect the My Cloud to the switch.
