Interpret SMART temperature

I have a WD MyBook Essential 10EAVS and I would like to find out the operating temperature. I have SMART software that returns 102 as the value but I can’t find out how to convert that to degrees C or F. Any suggestions of where to look?

102F equals 38.8C.

Thanks but the question is what does ‘102’ represent? On other drives you need to subtract the returned value from some number to get a temperature in degrees C. I am looking for the algorithm for this particular WD model.
