Dear All\WD,

I purchased a my cloud home device but i cannot reactivate my WD account as i receive the following error message:

INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive. Org Id:00DU0000000Jpn7

does anybody know hot to unlock it?

I have sent 2 requests to the WD service but no reply

Actually if this is the customer care of WD i think I did a great mistake to buy this device… one of the worst i have ever been i touch with
