Account Inactive, Kindly reactivate

Hi, I am trying to reset my WD Portal password on
https://westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/?lang=en_US
however i am unable to do so, I am getting following error “INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive. Org Id:00DU0000000Jpn7”
I have raised case id for same which is 123018-13503078
Kindly reactivate my account at earliest
