I have had issues with connecting to my data. The app and online now states to ask the owner for an invite but I am the owner?? I dont want to factory reset the drive as this will mean i will lose all my personal photos etc? Is there a way to access my data??
I am having the same problem. Were you able to resolve the issue somehow?
Unfortunately not I ended up having to recover all the data independently and then WD replaced the drive completely. Very lucky as I didn’t lose any data whatsoever. Good luck
One further important comment. Fortunately when I registered the fault with WD the drive was still in warranty but only just.
