My account on WD support is inactive. I never recieved an activation email nor created an account. I believe your site automactially created me an account when I registered my hard drive but I never entered a password and now can not reset it or activate my account. I also can not submit a support ticket or email support because when I try it says “this service is temporarily unavailable”. Please fix this. How can a company have 0 channel of communication with a customer that is trying to get support. The fact that I have to post on this forum is a tragedy.
