After a year of no Internet I am trying to set up a MyCloud device. Unable to remember the password I opt for password recovery and then enter the temporary password you sent. This should at the very least not result in a dead end of the error code: INACTIVE_OWNER__OR_USER: owner or user is inactive. Org Id: 00DU0000000Jpn7.
I’m done for the day trying to get this thing configured for use. It would be great if instead of a dead end, the inactive accounts were shown the kind of respect an inactive customer might expect by providing options to resurrect inactive accounts.
