Impossible to change WD Support password

Since there is no appropriate category for this question, I am posting it here.

I am trying to access my WD Support account. Since I have forgotten the password, I need to reset it. I get the email with the temporary password, but when I attempt to reset, I receive the following error:

INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive. Org Id:00DU0000000Jpn7

What does one do?
