PW reset not working inactive user account.... Need help!

Trying to submit an RMA on my less than 4 month old drive, but the account that I registered it through won’t let me complete a password reset due to INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive. Org Id:00DU0000000Jpn7. I’ve already tried emailing the support team but have not gotten a response in 3 weeks. Also there is no where on the WD support portal that has to do with WD accounts… only product support.

Any help would be appreciated.

wd support will need to reactivate your account. if you emailed them make sure and check your spam folder as that may have caught their response back to you. If you cant find it there I would suggest giving them a call.
