Cannot Log in into support Portal

Hello, cannot Log in into WD support portal, tried to reset the password and this is what I got:
INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive
It’s very annoying since I have requested help to other WD channels and got no answer.

Can you please fix this ASAP?

If you see the following error INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER: owner or user is inactive, this mans your account is inactive.

To activate your account you may contact WD Customer Support.
