I got a WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra
However, sometghing went wrong with installing the drive. Now I want to format the drive and start using it again. However, I have no clue how to enter the drive, as I do not know my username nor my password.
Can I set the drive back to the initial status, sweeping it clean and introducing a new user and password? Please help me get into my drive again!

Firstly, you need to perform a 40 Second Reset on the My Cloud EX2 Device to enter its dashboard:
