I can't access my two WD EX2 units

After updating my Mac OS I could no longer access my two WD EX2 units drives thru the control panel. Likewise accessing them thru “Finder” is unreliable also it works only on one drive(#1), not the other(#2). The latter is connecting(as admin) but when I click on the folder it says that “the original item can’t be found”. This also happens sometimes with the other drive. Restarting my Mac solves the problem(but not for the second drive)9
Also I can see the content of the working drive(#1) thru the “My Cloud” mobile app, whereas as with drive #2 I get the message “remote access disabled.(970)”, even though once I saw the message"backing up all files"
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
