WD Access Issue, can't browse to files

Greetings all,

My WD EX2 was working well until my router went out. I replaced it with a Google WiFi Mesh, have it connected through a switch, and am able to access the control page without an issue, create shares etc. However, now I can’t browse to it and when I downloaded the WD access tool it gives me a warning after the device is located that I will not be able to copy file, browse files, etc. I have been messing with this for a month now and I’m starting to get desperate. Unfortunately the device isn’t under warranty so I can’t get WD to help me.

I am using a desktop, hard wired into the network, running Windows 10 Pro. And when I use my old mac laptop, I can actually connect to it. Hmm.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

Specifically it states I cannot copy files to or from the device, browse the devices’s shared folders, or map a shared folder.

I can do all these things just browsing to it with the mac’s file explorer.
