Ex4100 Not Accessible in Mac Finder or Windows file explorer

When attempting to access my ex4100 via Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer the device is not accessible or browsable. It was intermittently accessible but now fails to connect. The drives are health and my router implements DHCP. No static IP addresses are used. All clients are accessing on the same network and attempts have been made via ethernet connection and wireless. A new router was added recently.
