I am not able to use the My Cloud

WD needs to improve its help to new users for the My lud there are no instructions on how to set it up. if you need to be a networking expert it should have stated it on the box. the wizard only sets up a password, the web site only shows the setting up of the password and registration. I made a major mistake purchasing this product it has no documentation on how to set it up.

I am assuming this is a Gen2 My Cloud running version 2.xxx Firmware. The manual does go through how to setup and use the My Cloud.

Thank you for the link to the manual, I was not able to locate it. I was not able to locate this document, it would have been helpful to have access to it when I was trying to set it up. Please do not reply anymore I am returning this to the store.
