I just bought this, and it has no instructions I have the ex2 ultra 8tb

I go here:

click setup mycloud and it sends me to a page that doesn’t load

if I click on the other button to sign I to mycloud it takes me to my device but Im not on a local network?
how do I connect to a local network? so I can adjust settings ? this is so painfully difficult. I wish they had some semblance of instructions…

Yep, the WD setup site is down.

Have you set up an account yet? There might be alternative ways in after you do this.
