Cannot setup/configure MyCloud

Hiya lads,

I am a bit of a noob here, so bear with me.

I recently got the 3tb my cloud and am trying to set it up via my mac using the software downloaded from WD’s website; however i am getting the below listed error and it wont let me proceed to setting up my account. I havent been succesful in connecting via the IP address or mycloudui; the page just wont load. 

My wd is connected to a wireless router which is connected to a powerline adapter; is this going to be an issue ?

All your help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to test setting the drive up with a wired connection?
