HTTP 403 Forbidden) it does not have permission to view the webpage

Hi bill,

Can you please help me as I am unable to access my WD Mycloud ex4 through browser and its given me a error msg (HTTP 403 Forbidden) it does not have permission to view the webpage.

I’ve configure my company network and join the domain, i can ping my WD Mycloud ex4 ip but i cant access it.

Could you please help me in this regard. I open the case with WD Support but still no responce from there side

Have you tried different browsers? Are you accessing the Dashboard locally or remotely?

Just reboot the unit. It thinking that you are trying to access from a different network. I had that same issue before when I to access the unit from a different network after I change the network setting. Hopefully that will help you. Or else just do a system restore.
