My EX4 shows http 403 forbidden when access through browser

Hi bill,

Can you please help me as I am unable to access my WD Mycloud ex4 through browser and its given me a error msg (HTTP 403 Forbidden) it does not have permission to view the webpage.

I’ve configure my company network and join the domain, i can ping my WD Mycloud ex4 ip but i cant access it.

Could you please help me in this regard. I open the case with WD Support but still no responce from there side

Have you configured your network firewall to allow access to the EX4?
