Can't access mycloudex2ultra anymore via browser (403 Forbidden)

Hi there, had some time over the weekend and I thought it’s about hightime to upgrade to the new OS5 - fired up the NAS but I can’t seem to get into either “http://mycloudex2ultra.local/” or “http://mycloudex2ultra/”

This is the error I’m getting

mycloudex2ultra_403-forbidden

Tried Googling this for a good hour or two but just can’t seem to find a solution, has anyone came across this before and how did you fix it? I’m super stumped :frowning:
