403 Forbidden

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX2

Can anybody help? i have put in a new router and since then cannot seem to access my Ex2 device. When i type in the ip address I get:

“Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.”

Any idea what I need to do?
