Cant access from another Network(SUBNET?)

I Cant access the UI of my EX2 from another Network(SUBNET? dont know what is the right term)
i can access the files using the IP but not the UI

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

That’s correct. The software doesn’t allow that unless you enable “Dashboard Cloud Access”.

It’s under Settings / General / Cloud access / Dashboard Cloud Access (turn ON).
