403 forbidden - You don't have permission to access / on this server

I have changed my internet connection from ADSK to Optical fiber. When I reconnect My CLoud device to the new modem/router, I can access my data, but I cannot manage device. Using dashboard I receive 403 Forbidden message, I have also downloaded WD quick view but with the same result.
Could you help me to solve this problem ?

Did you try a device reset? Are you able to access the Dashboard from another computer within your network or using your phone?

the problem was solved doing a modem/router reboot. I don’t know why, but it works.
