Hello. I had to change laptops and smartphones and now I want to access the MYCloud device, through the explorer or through a new mycloud account and always ask for my username and password, but I don’t know which one it is. How can I change the NAS Mycloud user and password without losing the photos?
@HelderAntunes Are you trying to open it with Internet Explorer or File Explorer? Are you able to open the Dashboard? If you already have an account and password you need to use it.
If you have forgotten the user password then one can access the My Cloud Dashboard to set/change a User password. If you have forgotten the administrator password for the My Cloud one can perform a 4 second reset which will reset the admin password to the default (blank).
