Password problem (complex to me)

I am a new My Cloud user. We have set up the NAS and I have set up my account but can’t remember my password to access the drive.
So I went on Mycloud.com to change the password. I recieved the password reset email, clicked on it and changed the password. But then, when I enter my ID and new password, the webpage stays on “connexion” forever…

Also, the password I changed doesn’t seem to work when I want to connect to the drive itself.

I am completely mixed up.

On the WD support page, it says that I must go on the main page of the My Cloud Dashboard but I have no idea how I can get there…

Anyone can help?
