Is there a way for user to change password via dashboard? We have to consider flexibility and security concern and not only Admin can change user’s password.

Yes, you can change the user password. However, that cannot be done via dashboard but you can open Mycloud,com and then you can choose an option of forget password. From there , you can reset the password.

As i know, Mycloud.com is a separate login account with my company WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra.
Mycloud.com used email acct for login. but company WD mycloud ex2 used username to login via dashboard. both not link. Is it true?
