How do I "Manage My Device"?

"“In order to edit settings, you must be connected to the local network to access the Device Configuration Page”.

I am on the same local network.

So I try using IP address “192.168” etc. But I get a rudimentary screen. The only option is “Local network access” on/off.

How do I reach the real settings page?
