If you have a My Cloud Home device see the dedicated subforum for that device. This subforum (My Cloud) discusses an entirely different device.

You may want to read the user manual for your device if you haven’t done so already. It explains how to setup the My Cloud Home device for access.
Generally if one wants WiFi clients to access their My Cloud device they would connect the My Cloud to the local network WiFi router. One may have to reconfigure the WiFi settings on that router if they block access to main LAN clients like the My Cloud. One should also make sure WiFi clients are not connected to their router’s “guest wifi network” as guest networks typically block access to the local intranet/local LAN.
