I am one of the many users experiencing “Offline” problems with a MyCloud Home.
After spending many days / weeks trying to solve the problem (and with little or no help from WD),
I want to know whether I can use the device in a different way.
Is it possible to use the MyCloud Home as a local device only, connecting to my LAN via ethernet plugged into my router ? If so, what are the steps involved to reconfigure ?
[ I’ve checked the User Guide and cannot find any info ].
