I can't see setting page on mycloud

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

I move my mycloud to another location and hooked up to router and my computer is able to see it.
Problem is when I type in MyCloud address, I can log in but won’t show anything but my storage size. I can’t access setting to change whatever.

Has anything changed?

That is why i am doing. I am typing ip address but I UI is missing setting.
