Help MyCloudEX2Ultra offline

My Cloud OS 5 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud EX Series

Hallo,
My mycloudex2ultra is offline.
The leds on the front are all bleu, the device is connected with the cable to my network, when I open the OS5 on my iPhone its says “hello Ton” and then he says “you’re device is offline”
What happens when I do a reset on the back off the device.
(ps sorry for my English its not that good :weary:)
the IP Adress I can not find it don’t no how ether

is it possible to put the hdd WD RED 2TB in a new NAS system with out any damage
