My WDMyCloudEX2 offline...!

all of sudden my WDMyCloudEX2 is offline (no matetr where i try to access it…Notebook…iphone etc)

I have blu LED but red LED on the modem (sign there is a problem in the connection)

I tried several time the 40 second reset…

PLEASE HELP

I urgently need the file and that’s my back up fro EVERYTHING
