Can someone help me on the MyCloud iTunes set up using a Mac, as clearly I have something not set up right.
When i log onto the MyCloud device, I see my folders, one of which is labelled Music, and within that I have an iTunes folder which has all of the necessary iTunes files. If I log onto the MyCloud device as Admin, the dashboard says that I have 4.8Gb of music.
I have also checked in admin >Settings > Media that the DNLA Media Server and iTunes are both On, and I have run a rescan and rebuild database. but it shows that there are no pictures, music tracks or videos.
If I go to the public folders Shares Music, Pictures and Videos, these are empty
If I open iTunes and select the Cloud device, it also says that there is no music there.
I am not sure what is wrong - have I got the files in the wrong folders?
