Full restor

I am having problem with my 2tb mycloud
I loaded lot of movies did not look at the capacity whitch seems to full the disk starts to have errors
In searching filles
So i power off and on
the unit did not go to blue and could not see any data stored on the disk
i tray to rest 4 second did not help i preform the 40 sec rest
The hard disk whent on and indicates no space left
so i decided to full factory restor but to my disappointed it did not erase the old data
It create the system directory and hide the data that was in the disk
Resulting that the disk is only 1.3 gb not the 2 tb i was expecting

Is there any way to get back the 2tb of the wdcloud unit
It seems the full factory restore did not delet the files but its headed in the disk

Thanks for the quick replay

I did mange some how to activate the full factory rest

But to my frustration it did not do anything about the free space

It show that only free space 100 mb left and data abut 1.2 gb all the others 1.9 tb Cant be seen

In my wd cloud sign i can see that the all capacity is 2tb and only 100 mb left but cant excess it to delete the data

Since i read that the program is in linux

if i can’t find any other solution like getting a formatted disc to exchange the one in my cloud

I did not find any solution on the web

I will try to see with linux tablet if i can solve the problem

Although i am quite amateur in linux
