My wd cloud 2tb crashed i try all the reset modes 4sec 40 sec
Now it shoes only 130 mb left but cant see all the other files no videos no pictures
I want to make the full factory restor but its not working start the program after few minuts is says
Restor finished and its reboting but after around 15 minites time out note appear
Entering the set up shows nothin happened
The short test showed ok
There seams to be some problem in the unit that dose not enable full restore
I will appreciate if someone can suggest what seems to be the problem
