If you haven’t done so already, use the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon upper right). Plenty of past discussions where people have experienced the same issue where the My Cloud gets hung up for days on a full factory restore.

There doesn’t seem to be any one size fits all solution when this happens. One can reboot the My Cloud and take a chance that nothing has been corrupted or impacted.
I’m now into the 94 hour on a 3TB full restore - is it too risky to unplug it and try again on a quick restore?
