Full factory restor

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

I perform full factory restore on my 2tb cloud
What i got is a cloud with the free space of 1.3gb and the basic directory bublic and subdirectory
All the other 1.9 tb hiden cant see and its not mentiond as avialeble free space

I will appreciate if someone can sagest how can i solve this problem
Or what did the full restor actually did to my cloud
