Hallo to everyone! I hope i am writting to the correct topic.
After experiencing some problems with my wdmycloud i dicided to make a full restore so i could install, map, sync from the biggining. When i did it i realised that on the dashboard shows that i have only 2GB of storage in total. . Originally it is a 4TB drive and i had allmost 2TB data on it. i can do the quick diafnosis but not the full diagnosis.(error 200005). Even in my tv the drive seems empty.
Can anyone understand what is wrong?
Can i give yoy any other info to help me out?
Thank you in advance
What My Cloud model are you using? What firmware version is your My Cloud running?
Are you/were you using WD Sync to sync computer files to the My Cloud?
Thank you very much for your interest and excuse my rusty english.
I will try to find rhe information you asked me.

Current Version WDMyCloud v04.05.00-342 : Core F/W
Yes , i was using WDsync and most of the time it was not working properly (“missing”) that is why i decided to reconnect everything and i destoryed it.
WD Sync may have created created a hidden folder on the My Cloud and filled it with versioning files (history of files synced). The WD Sync versioning allows a user to recover an earlier version of a synced file. There are several past discussions on trying to find the hidden folder and remove it’s contents to free up space. One will have to enable SSH via the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings and then access the My Cloud using SSH (Putty, WinSCP, etc) to review the Shares and their contents at the root level to find those hidden folders.

Hallo again! It is like magic to my ears. I will read the topics toy suggested and try to solve it. The important is that i did not destroy the divice.
But a last question.
Is this the reason that my drive;s capacity shows only 2GB. Shouldnt it be 4TB with only a few GB free? It is like it cannot recognize the true capacity.Everywhere i loggin it seems like the capaci is only 2GB.
Is there a wayto delete everything from the drive? Including secret files. E.G. i want to sell the drive and do something like a format!
Look carefully at the My Cloud Dashboard Capacity image you posed. It is apparently showing the free space available, not the total capacity of the drive. Could be the hidden files or folder is interfering with the My Cloud Dashboard’s reporting of the correct drive size. Only way to know for sure is to access the My Cloud using SSH and issue a Linux command like one of the following:
df
df -H
fdisk -l | grep Disk
There are a number of ways to use Linux commands to find the largest directories on the My Cloud using SSH. Some examples:
