Hi Guys, I’ve had mycloud 4tb for a while now and everything believe it or not was running smooth. However I had a powercut 3 days ago and since then, the dashboard was giving errors like check network connection etc. Since then I restored the system files TWICE, stopped all DLNA and cloud access to see whats going on. It seems to be slightly quicker. However since WD support on the phone agrees that my drive is not ‘right’ now and start the RMA process, I am in a bit of a jam… Safepoint wont start copying to my 2TB Samsung USB3 drive… It found the drive etc, start copying and its been 6 hours and still 0% thats if my dashboard can even pick it up…
