Front LED of HD's are fixed red light

This morning I found the MyCloud EX2 Ultra with power led blue switched off and the two HD leds blue solid. Also I could not access the dashboard from browser. Decided to unplug power cord, reconnected, system rebooted but after one minute normal working (power led always flashing blue), it turned the two HD leds in fixed red light and power led fixed blue.
I have an USB external HD connected, therefore decided to unplug and reboot again, but nothing still.
Ping the IP and it responds, but dashboard still unaccessible and now if I digit the IP in the browser it presents me a first configuration (it seems the MyCloud lost admin name and pswd to access it).

What’s happening?
