My Cloud network issue

My WD Mycloud was working fine until a few days ago. It has a pretty much static yellow LED (blinks every few minutes, though) and the LAN cable LED on the back is flashing green all the time. However, I can’t access the unit, nor can I “discover” the unit using the WD software. It sounds like the HDD is working inside and even seem to make a very quiet read/write noise.

I’ve tried the usual reboot (4s and 40s) , but to no avail. I have also checked the LAN cable by swapping and even moved the box to another room and connected to a different CAT6 outlet. No luck!

Any tips or ideas?

I am sorry you have encountered this issue , more specifically you cannot access My Cloud device. I am going to ask you to clarify a few points, so we make sure we resolve the issue.

Since you have done the troubleshooting, I will not ask for more steps.

In case your drive worked fine with Windows 10, I assume it has failed.

Since there is no warranty unfortunately I will not be able to offer a replacement.
