I have had a MyCloud 1TB for a few years now and this past week it stopped working. I have not changed my router.
The light on the front of the unit has been alternating from solid yellow to blinking yellow. I tried changing the cable, switching router ports, power cycle, & hooking direct to my computer. Still was not able to access it. Yesterday I did the soft recent and then a hard reset.
Now it will maintain the yellow light for a while and then switch to blue, but when you try to access it through the dashboard it shows 0kb available and fails a full diagnostic. When I try and reboot it from the dashboard the yellow light comes on again and the reboot fails.
Is there anything else I can do to try and access the drive as is? I am thinking my next step will be to pull the drive and try to directly access it.
