First installation red light on

I am trying to setup it, when power on led are blue and after 2 minutes all become red (not blinking)
I tried both reset but doesn’t improve

Most important issue i cannot connect ot dashboard, i got message no connection (back light are 1 fix and 1 blinking)
If i look inside my router he doens’t see the WD
