Bought my WD My Cloud last week. The black dashboard keeps taking me, automatically, to an Update Firmware. It immediately shows upgrading at 90%. After more than an hour, it is still at 90% and finally, stops. But I cannot do anything with the dashboard until it hangs up. This happens on laptop and desktop computers.
Hello DPJ060, welcocome to the WD Community. As a troubleshooting step, try connecting the My Cloud Ethernet cable directly to the PC and try to access the dashboard from there. If the problem continues, I would try to contact support directly for assistance on this.
