I have EX2 Ultra OS 3 and the firmware link is not available on settings only shows my device. I have downloaded 5.18.117. Never use the cloud for anything, don’t need it right now. Just use the NAS to back up and share a few files. Any ideas if I really need OS 5 or how to locate the firmware setting?
WD has a couple of support articles indicating how to manually update the firmware to OS5 on supported OS3 devices.
