Firmware Update - Now flashing light and can't access drive

I have a 2TB MyCloud, just installed the firmware update, installation completed (got the email and all), but drive would not restart. The front LED if flashing white, and drive is not detected and can’t be accessed. I’ve tried powering down and restarting several times, tried to reset, nothing works.

@dgould Here is a link that will provide the User Manuals for both the 1st and 2nd generation My Clouds. You can look at the one that is for your device. Check LEDs to see what is going on.
