Enabling Plex

So after the big WD update last year my Plex has never worked properly, always said activated and configured but Plex could just never connect properly. Now when I go in there it says enable. so I click that and it spins on an endless loop and then comes up with this: “http://localhost:32400/myplex/pinRedirect”: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:32400: connect: connection refused which I have no idea what that means. Anyone had the same issue or has any idea what I can do to get my Plex back up and running? Im at my wits end and willing tot ry anything at This point

Uninstall and re-install the Plex app from the WD App Store.

Plex runs at port 32400, so open a new browser window and brow to http://wd-nas-ip:32400.

Replace wd-nas-ip with your NAS IP address.
