Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a wd my cloud home, and initially when I had it plugged into my old router I was able to enable plex on it and configure it. However I recently switched my Xfinity wireless gateway with a netgear C6250-100NAS router and modem in one. When I plugged into that my plex server did not connect to the my cloud home. I figured it was because of the new router and the IP address probably changed, so I disabled plex on my cloud home, and then tried to re-enable it, however now all it does is just spin on the enabling and then never gets enabled. I tried googling all around, and I assigned a static IP to my cloud home, tried port forwarding on port 32400 with the static IP, but nothing works, I cant get the plex server enabled again.
Can someone please help?
