My Cloud Home and Plex Connect Problem

I wonder if anyone else has had this problem: I enabled Plex from the “Do More” menu and then clicked configure to log in and connect to Plex - but it keeps telling me “My Cloud Home is currently unavailable.”

I set up the Plex Media Server on my laptop and connected just fine. But obviously want it on my cloud.

I’ve looked carefully at the Troubleshooting page on Plex Support (must confess much of it is over my head) however I am not using VPN or proxies. Not sure where I should be looking to find the problem…

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
